Where on your body you were hoping to have it done. If you are unsure, feel free to list multiple areas. I always happy to consult on what placement works best.

3.) Color or Black and Grey

If you want color or black and grey.

4.) Your Schedule

What days and times NORMALLY you are available. I usually work Wed-Sun from 12-8pm where I generally book a 12pm and 6pm slots on those days. Please understand my availability really is all over the place. Based on yours and my schedule (and last minute cancelations), I could book you as soon as a few days later or it may have to be a few weeks out.

5.) Budget

If you are working within a budget, please let me know. I understand the pricing of tattoo can get complicated. The shop minimum is $100 and goes up from there. I generally charge $175/hr.

For consultations, please let me know and you can either come in into my studio for a consultation, or we can always do it via zoom or over the phone.

Please note- I am not always on my phone/email and may take a few days to respond to an email. If you haven't resceived a response within two weeks- feel free to follow up via email or dm me on instagram @ouchieink. Sometimes emails get lost or for some reason- end up in the spam folder.
